The cap for ROT and RUT tax deductions has been temporarily increased. The government is raising the ROT deduction by 25,000 SEK to support the construction and housing sectors. Additionally, separate caps for ROT and RUT deductions will be introduced. Starting July 1st, you can claim up to 75,000 SEK for ROT and 75,000 SEK for RUT, allowing a combined total of 150,000 SEK in deductions.

Delivery within Stockholm County: 600 SEK (Not eligible for RUT or ROT deductions).
The customer is responsible for purchasing materials. If preferred, we can handle this at an hourly rate, plus the cost price with a 20% surcharge.
We do not assume responsibility for the relocation of loose or fixed equipment.
