– Send your invoice details when you book an appointment if you want a RUT/ROT deduction.

– Keep in mind that material costs are added

– Keep in mind that we do not provide
quotations (because we carry out minor work) and that all visits are therefore invoiced.

– Calculate approximately how much time you need and add an hour just in case (this hour is of course not invoiced if it is not used)

– Don’t forget to cancel your appointment if you change your mind or have other plans within 48 hours, otherwise you will be charged for this number of booked hours (no delivery)

– Collect small jobs for at least 2 hours to cover the start-up fee.

– Make sure you have all the materials and that everything you’ve bought is correct (so it’s not the wrong size or colour).

– It is always good for us to know in advance what type of walls you have (concrete; double or single plaster wall, old concrete (sand) or brick wall).

– Keep in mind that you start paying for every half hour started after the start fee if more than 5 minutes over we count as half an hour

– Answer if there is a call from a hidden number while you are waiting for our help, our specialists will contact you when they arrive.

– Describe your wishes and send pictures, it helps us understand your needs.

– Custom-made parts (e.g. shelves) that are to be assembled on site need to be measured by us beforehand, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements.

– We do not offer quotations, we only work by the hour, you can find information regarding prices on our website

– We reserve the right for incorrect information from our website or from any of our craftsmen
